New restaurant for Ludlow

Ludlow Kitchen has expanded its operation, increasing covers from 60 to 140, also introducing an evening restaurant service. Provenance is a key focus of the menu, with virtually all the food for the restaurant being made in-house by Ludlow Food Centre, just 100 metres away.

The brief to CDG was to create a relaxed and diverse environment that was both friendly and inviting. It was important that the space showcased the exceptional quality and provenance of the food, together with the fresh, local, seasonal ingredients. The seating areas had to allow customers choice and have an appeal across all ages with local visitors and tourists.
