Our brief was to transform the school’s main servery area to overcome the utilitarian feel of the area and reflect the style of the building.  Queuing was a key issue, so the design was critical to speed of service and flow of students and staff around the space.  We created a contemporary design with clean, fresh finishes to transform the space and showcase the food offer.
