We undertook a complete structural re-modelling of the existing 1960’s kitchen to create a state-of-the-art catering facility. Within strict budget parameters we specified a range of new equipment to achieve the required output and ease of maintenance. A key part of the brief was to re-work the flow to ensure maximum productivity levels for the catering team.
