The new café has a mix of ‘grab n go’, chef’s table items and cooked-to-order food. We used natural, contemporary finishes to complement the historic surroundings and upgraded the kitchen in line with current legislation. The Champagne bar creates an elegant backdrop with its button front bar and stone counter tops.
